Q - What Is Your Refund Policy On Animations?
 

A - We have provided demos for each animation online. There are NO refunds on animations since they can be copied to a hard drive and still used in a production after the masters have been returned. This is why we provide online demos. Defective items will items will be exchanged for the EXACT same item. There are NO exceptions to this policy.
 

Note: For smoothest Playback it is Best to transfer the desired clip/s from the DVD Data disc to your Hard Drive before Editing or assembling a video or presentation. Reason: A CD or DVD drive simply can't provide the Data fast enough to play the video files smoothly.

It is also best to have a 7200 Rpm Hard drive and be sure to defragment your drive for the best performance & playback of video files.
 

Q - Will this Disc play in a DVD Player?

A - No the discs are DVD data discs with DV-AVI or Quicktime Movie files. You can create a playable DVD using the clips by using DVD Authoring software. We do not offer any additional support on this subject.

Q- Is there a free sample download available?

Q - I was using QuickTime to play back a Gmanvideo Quicktime movie. It wouldn't play smoothly on the computer. Why?

QuickTime player cannot play full screen, PHOTO JPEG uncompressed, 29.97 fps video smoothly. Because PHOTO JPEG is a very high quality codec, your computer simply cannot read the data fast enough to play it smoothly. You will need to bring the clip into your NLE and render the movie in the codec suited for your system.

We supply this format to give the end user the best possible quality Original file so that when converted to a different format you achieve the best possible quality results.

Q - How can I get nonlooping clips to play longer than 30 seconds?

A - Use your NLE Software and overlay multiple clips and use a long Cross Fade transition between clips to achieve the desired length.
 

Q - I can't see preview videos on my Mac, why?

A - You need Mediaplayer for Mac to see the previews. You can get it here: http://www.microsoft.com/mac/otherproducts/otherproducts.aspx?pid=windowsmedia

Download Questions

Q - I have a dial up connection, can I download mini collections?

A - A high speed connection is highly recommended due to the large files.

Q - I have purchased downloads but did not get my link?

A - You must provide your actual email address also be sure to unblock from any spam blocker the email address' info@gmanvideo.com and gmanvideo@cfl.rr.com .  This is how you get your download link, by email. If you don't get a link email or call after checking your spam blocking software and verifying a correct email address was provided.

Download links are sent Monday through Saturday (8 AM - 5 PM EST) Purchases made outside these hours will be sent early morning the following Business day.

Q - Can I purchase individual clips for download?

A - Only the Mini Collections are available for download at this time.

Q - Can I download Quicktime files?

A - Individual QuickTime Files are only available through Gmanvideo at Pond5

Q - Can I purchase by phone with a credit card?

A - Credit card purchases must be made through either PayPal or Google Checkout. We do not accept credit cards by phone. Both services are free to purchasers. You can sign up for PayPal here: https://www.paypal.com and Google Checkout here: https://checkout.google.com .

New Customers purchasing downloads may be required to respond or reply to a contact email first before the download link is sent.

Gman Video License Agreement:

All animations are full resolution NTSC 720 x 480, 29.97 frames per second.
Animations are available in either QuickTime or AVI (DV) format.

Downloads are DV-AVI Format only. Quicktime files are too large for download.
All animations are pre-rendered for true drag and drop usage.


By opening the disc seal or by download of this product you agree to the following terms of the Gman Video License Agreement:

Product is defined as "Gman Video's Animated Video Backgrounds".
Gman Video's CD or Data DVD-R and all its contents.
A license to use the purchased product is hereby granted for the purchaser of this product. The license is not transferable and may not be resold, given or hired to any third party. The purchased product must always be used in conjunction with other video and/or text and/or text effects. (to keep third parties from using the effects without purchasing a license) The term of the license is 100 years from the purchase date. The territory of permissible use is worldwide. The purchased Video Loops can be used by the licensee, royalty free, for unlimited uses. This product may not be used for any pornographic or immoral purposes.

You may use these animations for your own productions,
presentations or video editing.

You may sell or distribute your productions that contain any
or all of these animations.

You may not sell any animation individually.

You may not sell any animation in a stock animation library.

These animations are not to be sold for any reason other than
as a part of a finished video production or multimedia presentation.
